Powder coating is a process in which the surfaces of metal or other elements are covered with a special powder, which is then baked in an oven. This provides an even, scratch and corrosion resistant finish. The price includes only the painting labor.

How durable is powder coating in outdoor conditions?
Powder coating provides very good protection against corrosion, UV rays and precipitation. For outdoor applications we recommend systems with a suitable primer and UV stable paints that preserve the color and surface for a long period.
Can a previously coated part be painted?
Yes, but proper preparation is required. We usually remove old coatings by sandblasting or chemical cleaning, followed by degreasing and phosphating. This ensures excellent adhesion and long life of the new layer.
How do I choose the right color and texture?
We work with RAL palette and special effects. We will provide you with samples and recommend a texture according to the purpose of the detail. For interior and facade solutions, you can combine the metal elements with suitable decorative surfaces for a finished design.
