How long does it take to repair a mechanism?
Most repairs are completed within 30 to 90 minutes. For specific parts that need to be ordered, we schedule a second short visit.
Do I need to replace the entire mechanism or can it be repaired?
Often, replacing individual elements, adjusting and lubricating them is sufficient. We only recommend a complete replacement if the parts are severely worn or incompatible.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, we provide a warranty for labor and parts according to the manufacturer. You will receive written information after the repair.
