Making screeds involves laying a mixture on a pre-cleaned base. The process begins with mixing the mixture or using a ready-made one, after which the floor is divided into sections and the screed levels are set. Price includes labor for installation only.

How long does it take for the putty to dry?
Standard cement screed dries approximately 1 mm per day under normal conditions. Quick-drying systems shorten the time significantly. We always measure the residual moisture before laying the final flooring.
What is the minimum thickness of the screed?
It depends on the type. With self-leveling mixtures, the thickness may be low, while with classic cement screed, larger thicknesses are usually recommended for load-bearing capacity. With underfloor heating, the requirements of the system are respected.
Is the screed suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes. We use mixtures and additives suitable for temperature cycles. We follow procedures for initial heating start-up and expansion control to avoid cracks and deformations.
