How long does it take to dismantle flooring?
The duration depends on the type of flooring, the area and access to the site. For a standard apartment, dismantling usually takes from a few hours to one working day. For larger areas or heavily glued flooring, the period may be extended, but we always specify it in advance after an inspection.
What does the price for dismantling flooring include?
The price usually includes the labor for dismantling, the use of professional equipment, collection and removal of the waste to the loading location. Upon request, we can also include transportation to a landfill, as well as additional activities such as rough leveling of the floor or removal of old skirting boards and moldings.
Can I stay in the apartment during the dismantling?
Yes, in many cases it is possible to remain in the home, but you should be aware of the noise and dust during the work. We try to limit pollution by covering and insulating the work area, but for larger-scale dismantling it is often more convenient to temporarily not use the premises where the work is being carried out.
