Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
It is not mandatory. We can work in your absence, as long as you provide access. We recommend being present at the final inspection to accept the site and confirm that everything meets expectations.
How is the property prepared before a visit?
Please clear the surfaces of personal belongings and, if possible, provide a parking space for the team. If you would like additional services such as washing upholstered furniture, please let us know in advance so that we can bring appropriate equipment.
What preparations do you use and are they safe?
We work with professional, certified and biodegradable products. They are safe for most surfaces and do not irritate the respiratory tract. In case of sensitivities or allergies, we will offer hypoallergenic options upon request.
